2. Use of Service

You agree to use Mathetrics only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content
• Use automated bots or scripts to abuse our API or services
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our mathematical solving algorithms

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that show signs of abuse
• You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings

4. User Content

When you submit math problems, community questions, or answers ("User Content"):

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and process your content to provide the Service
• You confirm your content does not violate any third-party rights
• We may remove content that violates these Terms at our discretion
• Community posts are visible to other users and should be respectful and relevant to mathematics

5. Intellectual Property

The Mathetrics platform, including its design, logo, algorithms, AI explanations, blog content, and all original content created by us, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform content without explicit written permission.

The mathematical solutions generated by our platform using SymPy are provided for educational use only and should not be submitted as your own work in academic settings.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Mathetrics is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy:

• We do not guarantee that solutions are always 100% accurate for every possible input
• AI-generated explanations are for educational guidance and may contain errors
• We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not responsible for academic consequences arising from use of our platform

Always verify critical mathematical work independently, especially for academic or professional use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mathetrics shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service
• Loss of data, profits, or academic standing
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Errors in mathematical solutions or AI explanations

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Mathetrics at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms
• Is harmful to other users, the platform, or third parties
• Involves fraudulent or illegal activity

You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
